New Stuff, Funny Stuff, Stressful Stuff.

Made mashed potatoes by hand. It was pretty tiring. First boiling, then peeling, and mashing.

I was talking to a friend about ideas for stores or restaurants. He suggested that someone should copy the Hooters business model, but target it towards women instead of men. Quite amusing, although I doubt it would be as successful.

    Funny Stuff

I was looking through my blog summary, and almost everything is categorized under either "Life and Thoughts" or "Computers and Internet". Embarrassed

Don't you hate it when you've set your mind on something that you know you have to do, and it just never gets done, whether it's homework or a project. Along the line, something just happens and you get distracted. Very irritating, lack of control and stuff.

How I'm Feeling Right About Now

Well I've finally got a legitimate PPC campaign setup. I'm bidding high to up that quality score, but aside from the occasional lead, I'm hemorrhaging monies. Hopefully this all or nothing charge will pay off once my CPC starts dropping.

    Awesome Radio Station

    Musical Starstreams
Trippy electronica and stuff. Great for studying or reading.

    Interesting Similarity Of Note

The Boxer Rebellion bears some similarities to the Ghost Dance.

    New Life Goal

So I'm sure you've all heard about the Snuggie. A reverse bathrobe branded as an alternative to blankets which can "slip and slide" and make your hands "trapped inside". If you haven't, get ready for some laughs.

And then there's the ShamWow and the Tiddy Bear... All are worth no more than $1 to make in some foreign country, and yet according to Wikipedia, the Snuggie has sold 4 million units. Yeah. Unbelievable.

So the business model to success is -
    1. Create stupid product that spreads virally because of how stupid it is
    2. Buy up ad spots on late night TV
    3. Profit from the random people that actually buy Snuggies and Slankets and ShamWows.
    4. Repeat!

Will definitely try to create a crazy product eventually. Maybe the "Brop". The broom and mop! Open-mouthed
